My Story

I got into this work because I got obsessed with the questions no one could help me answer in my career. [WHAT ARE THE QUESTIONS? ALSO CLARIFY THAT U WERE ON ANOTHER CAREER TRACK—is there a way to work this in “I’m that annoying person at the party who always wants to know what kind of work you do and what you love about it.”?] Once I found my own answers, I wanted to help others find theirs. I began with creatives, and their success and response to my work gave me the courage to use my unusual processes and approach with everyone who wants to achieve personal development but also enjoy the process.

I’ve been a Co-Active Executive and Career Coach for 10 years. In that time, I’ve helped leaders across all industries craft careers that reflect their talent for creativity and for achievement.

In addition to my own practice, I am a Senior Career Consultant for a SF Bay Area career transition company and an internal coach for Clif Bar.
